Choosing to care for pets as a profession is a choice made with focus and attention. We at Queenie’s are far More Than Just the Other End of the Leash®. We believe in the importance of being caring team players, who are detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and take pride in the services we provide to every client, every time. It is the embodiment of this belief system that is at the core of the services and retail options we provide.
When you join our team, you gain a family!
We accept team members for both part-time and full-time positions, but our Queenie’s Family functions as a team and thrives on our willingness to fill in and help each other out whenever necessary. Full-time caregivers work 6 days a week, while part-time and weekend caregivers generally work with Management to create a schedule that benefits the Team while also working to align with the availability of the caregivers. Administrative Team members are also a big part of the Queenie’s Family and while their hours are generally more consistent day-to-day, they are always willing and able to help when and where they are needed.

To be a member of our team, you must either already be committed to, or be willing to adopt the practice of professional care for animals that is always force-free, fear-free, and stress-free. We are not just pet-people, but people-people as well. We enjoy providing empathetic customer service and working as a supportive member of a dedicated team. Our caregivers, administrators, managers, and retail associates are all highly communicative, detail-oriented, willing to go the extra mile (or two), and, of course, head-over-heels in love with pets, no matter their size, breed, or number of legs they may or may not have!
