Roswell moved to Philly mid 2020 from Michigan, but they’d been in multiple different states before arriving here. They’ve always had cats, sometimes as many as six! Roz’s pride and joy, a cat named 1812, lived just short of 18 years before they ventured into new territory– adopting a new kitten, Ada! Roz shares in the care of their roommate’s two rabbits, Dot and Dandelion.

Roswell originally joined Team Queenie’s just to help for a few days to do a one-time inventory. But after having fun (yep, they’re a weird…um…fascinating one!) and doing great, they now can be found helping customers find what they need in the shop and plugging away on the back-end of the online store, always making the virtual shopping experience better. Roz loved the atmosphere and the other employees so much, and their caregiver roommate had such positive reviews, that once they learned they could get a full position, they jumped at the chance to join the team! They love being able to help other pet owners treat their pets to only the best, and seeing everyone’s dogs that come in is also a huge plus! Roz only wishes more folks carried their cats in a backpack like the owner, Adina, does with our shop cat, Gortie, so we all got to see more visitor cats each day.

When Roz isn’t at work or playing with cats, they like to partake in the occasional video game, and the more than occasional horror film, both of which are interests they find best shared with friends!
