Scott was born into a home with two human brothers and a Doberman Pinscher named Leo. Scott’s childhood catchphrase became “Where’s Leo?,” as Scott could not bear being away from his best friend. The love that Scott has always had for animals of all sizes, shapes, varieties, and temperaments is real, so real indeed. When Scott’s parents set the family’s pet limit to one dog and two cats, Scott had to fill in the missing with a Beanie Baby collection! Scott aims to make friends with every animal he encounters.
Scott’s other big passions in life are music, movement, dance, yoga, healing arts, and artistic ventures of any kind. He is trained in classical ballet and contemporary dance from the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU. He is ALWAYS wiggling and singing and loves to spread his contagious goofy energy and warmth. This is perfect for working with companion animals!
Scott sees the care-taking of pets as a piece that perfectly complements his intention to allow for creative healing and healing through service and deep loving connection with this endlessly sweet and fuzzy angels. He is thrilled and truly proud to be on this superbly eclectic and downright awesome team of people!
When not walking dogs or nuzzling kitties, Scott is a professional dancer, and teaches yoga and dance for children and adults around Philadelphia.
